Qualities: One should have the ability to interact and to understand different types of humanbeings. The ability to communicate and to convince and handle complex situations is also important assets. Various institutions all over the country offer two year PG Diplomas, which are equivalent to MBA.There are part time evening courses also. One can also enter the HRD field if you have a degree in social work, psychology or industrial relations.
